By playing, you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose.

Playing

• The games are free, for people 13 and older.
• One account per person. Keep your sign-in to yourself.
• Play fair: no bots, scripts, or attempts to break or overload the games. We may remove accounts that do.

Usernames and anything you submit

• Usernames must be family-friendly and can't impersonate anyone. We may change or remove ones that aren't.
• If a game lets you submit something (like a photo), you need the right to share it, and you give us permission to show it in the game. Each game explains the details where you submit.

Where the content comes from

WikiDivr's topics and rankings come from public data on Wikipedia and Wikidata (how many people read each page). Timelinz's moments and their years come from Wikipedia and Wikidata, each checked against at least one independent source such as a museum, archive or university. Wikipedia is a trademark of the Wikimedia Foundation. Kitland Games isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Wikipedia or the Wikimedia Foundation.

No guarantees

The games are provided as they are. We do our best to keep them running and the puzzles accurate, but we can't promise they'll always be available or error-free, and we may change or end a game. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for losses from using them.

Ending things

You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
